A new program has been developed to help businesses track their projects. The program, called Trello, is similar to an electronic bulletin board or chart. The user can track each team member’s particular work assignment and his or her progress. The user can switch assignments as needed to lighten a team member’s load. Or he can add an assignment to everyone across the board. Trello was inspired by the Japanese Kanban board system established by Toyota. The program is free and easy to use. It offers a business class version for $9.99 a month.
- Trello is an app that visually organizes tasks, shows who is working on them, and their progress
- Using the app is like using sticky notes but better, because tasks within the app can be easily searched and shared with others
- Trello is useful for businesses, and can even be integrated with other apps
“Trello can be extremely useful if you want to create an outline of tasks for your business planning purposes, and to assign and track tasks to completion.”
