An ideal workspace would be one that you would love to come into every day. Being in surroundings that encourage you to work and create is crucial in increasing productivity. Comfortable chairs, lighting schemes, pictures, color and more all come into play in designing the perfect workspace. These type of workspaces motivate employees which in turn produces quality work. A dull work area is not motivating at all.
