An online magazine for Windows IT professionals has noted some features Microsoft is adding to the Office 365 program. The changes involve revisions to online administration procedures. Data can be exported in an Excel format. Also, mailboxes can be changed from individual to a shared condition. For new users, the company has offered a guide to quick starting. The company has also offered a look at a new program, called Graph. It will help take data from Office 365 and enter it into reports.
