London slows UK house price growth: ONS

UK House price growth has slightly dropped. The average growth while still at a good rate of 4.4 percent has dropped from the 4.7 percent. This is mainly because of London’s housing prices has dropped one percent in February. This drags down the whole of UK’s house price growth average. London still has the most expensive homes in the UK. The demand for homes have slowed which in turned has brought down prices for homes.
