How to Manage Your Team Better

Jotting down notes and tasks for a project on paper is not efficient that is why we need a task management tool. Dooster is one such tool. In Dooster, you can create tasks, as many lists of tasks as you wish, and each task has an associated email address to which you add your team members who report to you. Each time you want an action on a task in the list, simply copy the email of the task into your favorite email platform and then email it. It goes directly to Dooster and your team members can see those tasks. You can also share your tasks with each member of the team based on the permissions you give.
