On June 14 and 15, 2018, a seminar titled Project Management for Non-Project Managers will be held in Boston. The seminar will include how a project manager can fill the many roles needed to complete a project, and outline all of the different stages of project management. These include initiation and planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and finally closing. Opportunities will arise during the seminar for participants to practice these skills, including activities on day two which include developing a fictional project.
